In October, Acquired Tiandun Data, a leading domestic integrated computing power service provider, successfully achieving a strategic upgrade to embrace AI.
In June, Achieved a debt-for-equity swap of USD 439 million with a strong consent rate of 98.3%, significantly reducing interest-bearing liabilities with the interest-bearing liability ratio lowered to 7%.

2023

In October: Achieved a USD 440 million senior note deferral and coupon reduction with 95.8% consent rate. The coupon was lowered to 4.5%, zero interest in Year 1, maturity extended by 3 years.
In April: Executed a USD 304 million senior note exchange with 94.8% exchange rate. The coupon was reduced from 13.85% to 7%, maturity extended by 3 years.
